Im A vegetarian: What types of vitamins would I have to take to keepp me healthy since I dont eat meat?

Hey Guys! Just wondering: since I dont eat meat and eggs are not enough protein for me, what types of vitamins would I have to take so I stay healthy? Thanks!!

You don’t have to eat non-vegetarian food to stay healthy. In fact it is teh other way around. Veg. food is very healthy and safe. Take lot of fruits, spinach(leaves), fibrous foods and milk. You get all the vitamins and iron required by the body. Avoid junk fast foods.

What Is your reason for becoming vegetarian?

I have eaten meat all my life, however in recent years have become more open to the arguments of why vegetarianism may be the way to go. I am a lover of all things, especially animals and there have always been certain meats that I refuse to eat. Now I am considering cutting out the more general meats as well such as chicken and beef, because of my belief that we should not decide what lives and what dies. I am wondering why other people have decided to make the switch?

Because of this: you get one shot at life, as far as we know. How long do most animals live? About 10-15 years, averagely. One shot at life, and within sometimes about a year, lights out. Gone. No freedom, no running in the lush green fields without a care in the world. Instead, they spend their last few minutes trapped in a dark, cold cage, hung by the hind quarters, drained of blood and skinned, their soul still intact. What does this tell you? Do you dare to tell me this is right?

These are often hidden in their foods which will cause them to not lose weight. Or, if people are already vegetarians, they need to figure out what is in the foods that they are already eating. My job is to come in and give you all the information you need to make that transition and to help you hit your weight loss goals.
