to clarify I meant chili bean recipes. Not salsa =)

My mom makes chili how she normally does – but just puts her meat in last so that they can eat it with the meat.
Before they put the meat in they save part of it for me.
She got the idea from a co-worker who’s 14 year old is now vegetarian. And she made chili like she normally does and put the meat in last. Her daughter ate some without the meat – and apparently ate 2 bowls – so it had to be good.
Not 100% sure measurement wise but she uses a can or 2 of crushed tomatoes, can or 2 tomato sauce, sometimes a can of Rotel for spicy-ness, a can or 2 of kidney beans, and chili seasoning.
