Cabbage Chana Dal Salad by Manjula
Ingredients:
2 cups of very finely chopped cabbage
2 medium seeded and finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 shredded carrot
10 minced mint leaves
1/4 cup yellow chana dal(chana dal is the split version of kala chana,can be purchased from any Indian grocery store)
Salad Dressing:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Try to get out of your comfort zone and follow a different class from your daily life. Could try thai boxing, but specifically to look for sweat. For a moment you can melampiskan things raging with punching and kicking from the positive side.
Vegetarian food
Vegetarian food choices can help you stay healthy. Choose food carefully.
Stop drinking alcohol
You still like to consume alcohol? Try to quit. It can make you much healthier, have more energy, and lose weight.

What is a good website to go to to get information about non-meat proteins?
In my creative foods class we are doing a project on the food pyramid, and today when looking for information, and all I could find was stuff about vegetarians.

I always see different ones but I’m a new starting vegetarian and I’d just like to follow up on a chart for my first couple days.

The food pyramid is the most ridiculous thing to ever have surfaced on the face of human dietary requirements. If you’re fool enough to believe it, you’ll be fool enough to follow it and have them change it up every few years when they announce that the last one was wrong and you’ve been eating too much cheese.
