MY 30 LB WEIGHT LOSS BEFORE & AFTER SHOTS / PHOTOS! =-]

Looking back on it, I wouldn’t have done it any differently. I experimented with a lot of different methods of calorie counting & exercise & I’ve finally found what seems to work best for me. Now the weight seems like it could come off a lil quicker but if it takes me another 6 months to lose the next 30 lbs I’m ok with that :)

How to Make Shirataki Salad (Recipe)

Pumpkin Black Bean Soup

This is a delicious way to eat healthy! This is a tex-mex style soup. It has delicious flavor from the chili powder and pumpkin puree. You can use either chicken broth or vegetable broth, depending on how you like it : )

The calories are low. A serving size is 2 cups and the calories per serving around about 200. Serve cheesy tortillas or corn bread as a side.

Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin puree
2 cans black beans
1 large onion – chopped/diced
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp chili powder
4 cups broth (vegetable or chicken)
Half a bag of frozen corn (optional)

You can serve the soup with some sour cream and/or cheddar cheese on top – yum!
