1-2 scrambled eggs
choice of rice (I used organic “jasmati” rice)
tofu – cut into cubes (I used organic extra firm)
white onion – chopped
green bell pepper – chopped
fresh ginger root
+ any other fresh veggie of your choice (meat is also an option)
