The following recipe is for 1 can of garbanzo beans. Each time you add another can of garbanzo beans double the remaining ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1 garlic clove
2 lemons (juiced)
salt for taste (about a teaspoon)
1 cup tahini
Put in a blender one can of garbanzo beans, the juice of 2 lemons and salt to taste. You can decide how salty or not you want the hummus to be and usually it’s about a teaspoon per can of garbanzo beans. If you are using canned garbanzo beans then less salt as the beans will be salted. If you’re using fresh dried garbanzo beans that you’ve soaked overnight then of course the salt requirements will be more.
Hold off on adding the tahini and start blending the remainder of the ingredients. The reason I don’t add the tahini up front is to make sure the heat in the blending process doesn’t cook the tahini. This way also makes the hummus a lot creamier.
Once blended mix the ingredients with a spatula to make sure you have every morsel turned over to be blended. Start the blender again to mix a bit more.
Add the tahini to mix in the creaminess of the tahini. Blend then mix with spatula to make sure all drops of the tahini are blended in perfectly. Start the blender again and finally should be finished.
Spread the hummus on a plate and decorate as you please.

2 sweet potatoes , 1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce, pinch oregano
400g tin kidney beans,
100g breadcrumbs,
1tsp bbq seasoning, 1 egg,
coriander, bag mixed salad,
100g salsa, 150ml yogurt,
juice ½ lime & lemon
bread buns , 1 tomato.
